Free In-Store Pick-up

In-store pick-up is available on all local orders within the post code regions of 4562, 4563, 4568, 4569, 4571. 

Pick up hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm. 

If you would prefer to pick up your order curbside, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up same business day. 

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for customers located within the post code regions of 4567, 4566, 4573. 

Free local delivery will be provided as an option during checkout. If the selection is not available, it indicates local delivery is not available to your address.

Local delivery orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the time of order placement. If there is no one home, your order will be left in a safe place. Please advise upon checkout if you do not want your package to be left.

Local deliveries occur between the hours of 8am-6pm. You will be notified via email on the day of order delivery.

Domestic (AUS) Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All packages are shipped via Australia post, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping is available for orders over $150. 

Please note we do not offer international shipping. 

Missing package?

If your package has gone missing, first steps are to contact the carrier. Unfortunately, once a package is in the carriers hands, it is out of ours, and we are limited to the same tracking details as you are.

The carrier will be able to provide you with more details, and assist you in tracking down your package. If you have exercised this option, and your package still hasn’t shown up, please contact us at and we can figure out alternative measures.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
