INGREDIENTS: Maltodextrin, Fructose, Dextrose Monohydrate, Chromium picolinate.
SUGGESTED USE: Consume 40g (2 scoops) mixed in 600mL of water before, during or after exercise. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
